Time Trials for all those who swim in the club lanes, the pit with Tony and Mick, D Squad and Masters will be held on the following Mondays.  

All swimmers should arrive at 6pm irrespective of their normal swim time.

A Squad swimmers who usually train at Pool and Track on Mondays will train at Forest School when time trials are being held.
